The Band
Rebecca Carter Burke & Blame The Whiskey is a dynamic Alt-Country band rooted in New England. Founded in April 2017 by independent artist Rebecca Carter Burke, the original vision was to create an acoustic duo featuring both original compositions and cover songs. However, the project quickly gained momentum and evolved into a full-scale band, now performing as a 4- to 6-piece ensemble known for its rich sound and genre-blending style. Under Rebecca’s unwavering drive, the band has steadily expanded its reach and reputation. Blame The Whiskey is consistently praised by venues and audiences alike for its musicianship, engaging presence, and authentic connection.
In addition to full band shows, Rebecca offers an Acoustic Duo option for more intimate settings, maintaining the band’s signature style and versatility across formats.
